Indian Premier League is one of the most
celebrated leagues across the world. Not just for the people in India, but a
lot of foreigners come to watch their favorite players giving their best in the
two month carnival. Lot of ex-cricketers also come to take part as commentators
in the cash-rich league.
Kevin Pietersen, one of the legends in
England cricket makes sure to mark his presence as a commentator in every
edition of the league for some years now. In a recent video posted by him in
his Instagram handle, he was seen playing street cricket with kids in
Bangalore. He is currently at the garden city on the occasion of match between
the home side and Mumbai Indians.
It is to be noted that Pietersen has a
separate fan base in India. Right from the days he debuted for the English side
with his black and yellow hair till 2013-14 season he created a lot of impact
in all forms of cricket. There has always been a never-ending craze for the man
who always delivered his best on the field.
Pietersen last represented Rising Pune Super Giant in 2016 edition of IPL where he was forced to withdrew on behalf of an injury.
