Nepal cricket team captain Sandeep Lamichhane has urged fans to fill the stadiums ahead of their tour of Kenya. International cricket will return to Kenya after a decade as they look to revive their glorious past. Kenya and Nepal will square off in five T20 Internationals followed by three one-dayers.
Nepal had a dismal campaign in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 and will hope to turn the table against Kenya. They have picked a well-balanced squad under star leg-spinner Lamichhane.
The Nepal captain is also looking forward to the upcoming bilateral series. In an exclusive video for CricFit, Sandeep Lamichhane said:
“Hi guys this is Sandeep Lamichhane, captain of Nepal cricket team. We are coming to Kenya for the bilateral series against Kenya (comprising) 5 T20 Internationals and 3 One Dayers.
