However, Kohli remained unbeaten till the end and scored 78 runs off 61 balls, including eight fours and two sixes. Kohli’s knock was also appreciated by the entire cricket world and earned him respect.
# 72 vs South Africa – T20 World Cup, 2014
India reached the final of the T20 World Cup for the first time since 2007 due to Virat Kohli’s brilliant innings in the semi-final match against South Africa in the 2014 edition. His half-century against a strong South African bowling attack was truly special.
