Ashutosh Sharma was signed by the Delhi Capitals (DC) for ₹3.8 crore during the IPL 2025 auction and made an immediate impact in his debut match. The Madhya Pradesh batter played a crucial role in DC’s first victory of the season against LSG, scoring a brilliant 66 off just 31 balls and securing a thrilling last-over win.
Although he continued to be a vital part of the team’s batting lineup throughout the season, Delhi Capitals (DC) eventually fell short of reaching the playoffs.
