England cricket team has added Saqib Mahmood to the squad as a cover ahead of the second test match against India. He is likely to replace injured Stuart Broad in the squad.
Broad tweaked his right calf during England’s warm-up at Lord’s yesterday. He was unable to train with the rest of the England squad. Broad will have a scan today to determine the extent of the injury. This has put his participating in the second test match against India in jeopardy.
