ENG vs WI: [WATCH]- Ben Stokes Celebrates Energetically After Dismissing Alick Athanaze

Ben Stokes, the current captain of England, was extremely impassioned after breaking through their defences during the second day in Nottingham at Trent Bridge on Friday 19th of July playing his 2nd test match of this series against the West Indies.

Stokes broke Alick Athanaze and Kavem Hodge’s fourth wicket partnership by dismissing the latter. Athanaze made 82 runs from just under a century (99 balls) before being dismissed so he would not complete his 100 – he got out on his 99th run. This was Stokes’ initial wicket in the match.

At the 62nd over of England’s innings, there was a delivery that got Athanaze out. Stokes delivered a full-length ball on off and Athanaze tried to drive it over midwicket but ended up getting an edge that flew to the gully where Harry Brook made no mistake catching it. The fast bowler was so excited during his celebrations while the wicketkeeper was waiting for the wicket for more than 36 overs.
