Former England skipper Michael Vaughan has once again come under the scanner for his distasteful comment after the fourth T20I between India and England on March 18 (Thursday) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The former cricketer is known for his controversial statements on microblogging site Twitter and he was at it once again.
Meanwhile, India pulled back things to beat England by eight runs to level the series at 2-2. Suryakumar Yadav and Shreyas Iyer starred with the bat to put a challenging total which proved to be enough for Virat Kohli & Co to seal the tie. The visiting side had their moments with Ben Stokes and Jonny Bairstow unleashing a carnage but Indian bowlers especially Hardik Pandya bowled exceedingly well to take the game home.
Michael Vaughan faces fans wrath
Michael Vaughan has been behind the Indian team ever since the tour began and he has had to face the wrath of the Indian cricketing fraternity on multiple occasions throughout the tour so far. Ever since the white-ball series began, Michael Vaughan has been advocating the inclusion of more and more Mumbai Indians’ players in the Indian team.

Twitter went ablaze soon after Michael Vaughan tweeted this. Indian fans slammed the former cricketer calling him out for trying to implement the divide and rule policy among the current Indian cricketers just like his ancestors did many years ago in India.
Here is how the Twitter reacted:
Stup UP Vaughan.
What about over rate from Engand today.
Wt abt your toss theory, whatever Vaughan says is just shit and out of logic.
Toss is not important,it is always the better team that wins
Series squared up 2-2 and finale will also have no impact from toss

India had over 1 billion population, UK around 70million. However, we welcome all comers, hence our wonderful multicultural team. What's your excuse for not welcoming outsiders?
Sick of this boring rhetoric. We are damned if we do, damned of we don't.— David Wilson (@DaveW71) March 19, 2021

Britisers to stay in their skin forever. Can't win it? No problem! Opens the old rule book, finds Divide and rule, applies it.
