The swashbuckling all-rounder has been out of action owing to back injury for a long time. He recently returned to action in the ongoing DY Patil Cup in a bid to gear up for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL). Meanwhile, Pandya recently shared a picture of social media to show his fitness transformation showing that he is getting back to the groove.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old has been out of action owing to an injury that has been bothering him since 2018. The Baroda cricketer also struggled throughout the ICC World Cup in England and missed most of the second- half of 2019. Hardik Pandya was slated for a return during the New Zealand series but took longer to regain fitness.

However, Pandya has been working hard regularly in the gym to get into the best shape. Recently, he shared a photo of himself showing the transformation of his body. The collage of two images revealed that the swashbuckling all-rounder has gained a significant amount of muscle in his body during his transformation phase.
“From 68 kgs to now 75 kgs in three months. Non-stop effort, no shortcuts,” said his Instagram post with two photos of him when he was leaner to now as he is seen gaining a few kilograms.

Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya recently made a comeback to the field when they featured for Reliance 1 in the ongoing DY Patil Cup. He instantly made a mark with both bat and ball and yesterday struck a 37-ball 100 against CAG in a Group C encounter. During his 39-ball stay at the crease, Hardik smashed eight fours and 10 towering sixes.
