Yuvraj Singh, India’s cricket icon, says the late Bishan Singh Bedi’s teachings had a big impact on his coaching style. Bedi, a well-known left-arm spinner, was instrumental in developing Yuvraj’s career. Yuvraj is now paying it forward by mentoring brilliant Punjabi youth with similar values.

Yuvraj’s mentorship has produced tremendous outcomes, particularly with Shubman Gill and Abhishek Sharma. Shubman has evolved as one of the world’s most talented cricketers thanks to his tutelage. Meanwhile, Abhishek has been making waves with his performances, particularly in the short format. Yuvraj’s knowledge and Bedi’s beliefs have helped these young people improve their abilities.

Yuvraj is developing the next generation of cricket players in Punjab through his activities. He hopes to produce well-rounded cricket players by laying the foundation of Bedi’s beliefs.
