ICC announces umpire and match referee List for ICC Champions Trophy 2017 :- The International Cricket Council today announced the umpire and match referee appointments for the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 from 1st June to 18 June at Cardiff Wales Stadium, Edgbaston and The Oval.
Umpire and match referee appointments for the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 semi-finals and final will be announced after the teams have been confirmed.
ICC Umpires name: Aleem Dar, Kumar Dharmasena, Marais Erasmus, Chris Gaffaney, Ian Gould, Richard Illingworth, Richard Kettleborough, Nigel Llong, Bruce Oxenford, Sundaram Ravi, Paul Reiffel and Rod Tucker.
Its Going To Be fifth ICC Champions Trophy For Aleem Dar as Umpire. He won the ICC Umpire of the Year award from 2009 to 2011. Ian Gould will feature in his third ICC Champions Trophy 2017.
Sundaram Ravi and Rod Tucker will be the on-field umpires with Oxenford in 3rd umpire with Boon as match referee & Gaffaney will be the 4th umpire for the opening match between England and Bangladesh on 1st June at The Oval.
