Indian test specialist Cheteswar Aravind Pujara and his wife Puja welcomed their baby to this world on Feb 22, 2018.
It is to be noted that Pujara was unsold in IPL and will represent Yorkshire in this year”s county cricket before welcoming Afghanistan for their debut test.
Pujara will play alongside Kane Williamson and Joe root who are set to represent Yorkshire. Pujara is currently ranked no. 6 in the ICC Test batsman rankings.
The couple has now released a pic and named their daughter “Aditi Pujara”.

The stylish batsman said “My spiritual guru Haricharandasji Maharaj suggested that this was the best option and we loved this name. ‘Aditi’ can mean ‘limitless’ or ‘Mother of God”s”.
“In the first few days, Aditi resembled Puja more but now, she looks more like me. However, I am aware that when a child is growing up, the look keeps changing frequently for the first few months. My gut feeling is that she will look like Puja once she grows up.” says an elated Pujara.

Speaking about the happiness of being a dad he said, “I am a completely hands-on dad by now and I love changing nappies. Parenthood is among the most pleasing things in this world! When the kid is this young, you want to spend as much time with her as possible.”
