Nokia, who had been the primary sponsors for the team since its inception till 2014, is all set to feature in the jersey again.
HMD Global, the manufacturing company of Nokia mobiles have now announced their return to the franchise spanning for two years starting from this edition.
It is to be noted that Nokia had been the “lucky charm” for KKR as they had won two titles during their sponsorship(2012 and 2014).
Ajay Mehta, the Vice president and Country head of HMD Global said “Nokia brand and KKR have a history together and we are delighted to reunite the two again. KKR is amongst the most successful IPL franchisees and teams on the IPL circuit and like Nokia brand enjoys a pan India appeal.”

As part of the association, HMD Global and KKR unveiled the new official team jersey for the 2018 season sporting the Nokia logo, the company said.
