Rashid khan”s all-around abilities took Sunrisers Hyderabad to the finals. The 2016 Champions are all set to face two-time champions Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede on Sunday.
Rashid scored a quickfire 34 off just 10 deliveries that took sunrises post a total of 174 in 20 overs. His spell of 3/19 turned the match in their favour as they defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 14 runs.
Few fans in Twitter posted that Rashid needs to represent India as he is a match winner in the shortest format of the game. Sushma in her tweet mentioned “I have seen all the tweets. Citizenship matters are dealt with by Ministry of Home Affairs. “
Meanwhile, Afghan president Ashraf Ghani appreciated Rashid for his efforts and mentioned that they would not give Rashid to India at any cost tagging Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the tweet. What made the tweet interesting is the reply of Sushma Swaraj, the Indian minister of external affairs regarding his citizenship.
Afghans take absolute pride in our hero, Rashid Khan. I am also thankful to our Indian friends for giving our players a platform to show their skills. Rashid reminds us whats best about Afg. He remains an asset to the cricketing world. No we are not giving him away. @narendramodi

Though she deleted the tweet after some time, this has been the talk of the social media for some time. It will be really interesting how Modi will reply to this tweet.
It will be a high intense clash at the iconic Wankhede stadium at Mumbai when both the sides meet for the fourth time in this edition. Chennai has won on all three previous occasions and it will be interesting how Kane will approach this game and clinch the trophy on his first assignment as the skipper.
