Indian Premier League more like Incredible Premier League. This tournament has shown us everything. From heartbreak to absolute ecstasy, from dominant performances to super overs. We have had our best days between the 22 yards and we have many more to come. The match we have is a South Indian derby. Chennai Super Kings will lock horns with the Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Arun Jaitley stadium in Delhi.

Chennai Super Kings are on a four-match winning. They are on a roll at the moment. They beat RCB in the previous game to end RCB’s unbeaten run in the tournament. All the departments are clicking together contributing to their success. Although it was a one-man show last game CSK look balanced and very comfortable.

Sunrisers Hyderabad has had a tournament to forget till now. They have not looked like the side they were last year. They did lose quite a lot of players due to injury and are suffering at the bottom of the table. The men in orange lost the super over in the last game against Delhi Capitals. SRH will look to turn their tournament around from now on. The key will be Kane Williamson. He was the reason SRH made it to the super over in the first place. The New Zealand captain will be the key going forward.

Top-order has to fire

Needless to say, Sunrisers Hyderabad is extremely dependent on their top three. Their middle order has been unable to fire as a unit. The middle-order batsman often gets out playing rash shots which certainly needs to be looked into. Kane Williamson has been the key for them. The wickets that SRH have played on are slow and therefore an all-format player like Williamson is a boost. The team should try and bat around him giving him the role of the anchor. SRH has to improve their batting if they want a turnaround in this tournament.

Chennai has batted well this year. Suresh Raina has added stability to this batting lineup. Faf du Plessis is one of the top 5 in the orange cap list and Ruturaj Gaikwad is back to his best after a string of low scores. The highlight of their last game would be the 37 runs over by Ravindra Jadeja. He smacked the purple cap holder and ensured that CSK made it 191. That one over alone tilted the game in their favour. Ambati Rayudu is yet to play a big innings and he will look to make the most this time.

SRH bowling still bright

The Sunrisers Hyderabad bowling is a bright spot. They have some top-quality bowlers. Even though they don’t have T Natarajan and Bhuvi is injured SRH have done well with the ball. Rashid Khan has led the spin attack superbly. He has been one of the most economical bowlers this year. Khaleel Ahmed was expensive last time and we might see Sandeep Sharma leading the attack with the new ball.

Chennai Super Kings has looked to capitalize in the powerplay. MS Dhoni has made use of his bowlers really well. He makes use of Deepak Chahar’s ability to swing the ball both ways at the beginning. After the first 6 overs, he makes use of his spinners very efficiently thus putting pressure on the opposition. Ravindra Jadeja and Imran Tahir bowled in tandem to clean up the RCB batting lineup. CSK will want their bowlers to continue the fine run of form.
