In his debut IPL innings, Raghuvanshi showcased an outstanding performance. Following a strong start by Sunil Narine (85 off 39) and Phil Salt (18 off 12), the 18-year-old continued the momentum. He eventually departed after scoring 54 runs from 27 deliveries, featuring five fours and three sixes, being dismissed by Anrich Nortje.

In the IPL 2024 match held in Vizag on Wednesday, the Knight Riders amassed a total of 272-7 after choosing to bat first as two-time champions. The partnership between Raghuvanshi and Sunil Narine was pivotal, with Narine scoring a rapid 85 runs off just 39 deliveries, including seven fours and as many sixes.
Together, they contributed 104 runs off only 48 balls. Subsequently, Rinku Singh and Andre Russell also initiated an aggressive attack on the Capitals, with Russell scoring 41 runs from 19 balls before being bowled by Ishant Sharma.
Despite conceding 59 runs in four overs, Nortje managed to secure three wickets. The Knight Riders, along with the Rajasthan Royals, are among the only two franchises undefeated in IPL 2024.
Their total of 272-7 marks the second occasion in this edition where a team has surpassed the 250-run mark. This score also stands as the highest ever achieved by the Knight Riders in their history.
