Sunrisers Hyderabad have assured fans that the refund process will be seamless. Ticket vendors are expected to begin processing returns within 5-7 business days. “In light of the current situation, #TATAIPL2025 has been suspended with immediate effect. Ticket refund details will be communicated shortly,” said SRH on its ‘X’ account.
LSG echoed a similar message. Refunds will be automatically initiated for those who bought tickets online, while offline purchasers are being guided via email and SMS. LSG wrote on its Instagram account, “Tonight’s match at BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium has been cancelled. Details regarding ticket refunds will follow.”

At the time of suspension, IPL 2025 had completed 58 games. With only 12 matches left in the league stage, the stakes were sky-high.
