The swashbuckling all-rounder from New Zealand, Jimmy Neesham has taken a veiled jibe at US President Donald Trump, saying probably he never heard Sachin Tendulkar's name and that's why Trump mispronounced it. Notably, Trump's mispronunciation created a stir during his brief India visit and attracted a lot of criticisms.

Speaking at the 'Namaste Trump' event at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad on February 24 (Monday), the US President had said wrongly pronounced the names of legendary cricketers in the country. While acknowledging the contributions of Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, Donal Trump goofed up with its pronunciations.

"This is the country, where your people cheer on some of the world's greatest cricket players such from Soochin Tendulkar to Virat Kohli," Trump had said.
