KL Rahul, the star India batter, is set to marry his long-time girlfriend and actor Athiya Shetty in January or February 2023. Although, the exact date and venue are not confirmed yet.

However, there were reports, a few days ago, that the couple was going to marry in the next three months. But, Shetty herself clarified the rumors by settling them as false ones. She sarcastically stated, “I hope I am invited to this wedding that is taking place in 3 months, lol.”

A few months ago, it was said that it is going to be a winter wedding in 2022; but at least for now, the wedding will take place in early 2023, until and unless Rahul and Shetty’s families decide to change the plan.

Furthermore, a report in the TOI also states that the couple will live in ‘Sandhu Palace,’ a lavish building in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. Though, the building is under construction and is just a couple of buildings away from the ‘Vastu’ building, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt’s residence after their wedding. Nonetheless, the actors are going to shift to ‘Krishna Raj,’ which too, is not ready to be occupied.

KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty dating each other for 3 years

Moreover, Rahul and Shetty have been dating for over three years and officially announced their relationship to the world at the premiere of Ahan Shetty, Athiya’s brother’s, debut film Tadap. It was then, when Suniel Shetty, Athiya’s father, and an actor, asked Rahul to join them for a group picture.

Athiya has been seen with Rahul on his several international tours. She had recently accompanied the 30-year-old in Germany, as he underwent surgery for sports hernia over there. Athiya, on the other hand, has signed a film and a web show, as a part of her business.

Besides, Rahul has been seen practicing in the nets at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), in Bengaluru. The right-hand batter may make a return to the national side, during the Caribbean tour, which is to commence on July 22.
