Veteran Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife, Bollywood star Anushka Sharma, were seen in the spectators’ area at Wimbledon 2025 on Monday, July 7. The 36-year-old is currently not part of India’s ongoing five-match Test series against England, having announced his retirement from Test cricket on May 12 after an illustrious career featuring 123 matches in the format.
Kohli, who last played competitive cricket in IPL 2025 for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), has been staying in London since the tournament wrapped up in early June. A photo of the star couple enjoying their time at the iconic tennis event surfaced online and quickly went viral.

Meanwhile, Kohli also took to Instagram Stories to share a message for Serbian tennis great Novak Djokovic, who overcame Alex de Minaur with a 1-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 win in the Round of 16. The Delhi-born cricketer added the following caption to his story:
“What a match. It was business as usual for the gladiator.”

Led by Shubman Gill, Team India secured a dominant 336-run win over England in the second Test of the five-match series at Edgbaston, Birmingham, after posting a massive target of 608. The victory was also India’s maiden Test win at the historic venue in nine attempts. Reacting to the milestone, former India skipper Virat Kohli shared a message on X:

The two sides are set to continue their series with the third Test, scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 10, at Lord’s in London.
