Babar Azam and Harris Sohail”s record partnership helped Pakistan post a competitive total on the board in the second test against New Zealand. While critics took a dig at the batting position of Azam, he answered them well with his maiden test century. On previous instances, he got out on 99 and 90* and this time he made sure to reach it in style.
While several legends and experts kept congratulating Babar Azam on his splendid innings, a remark by a Pakistani anchor & journalist Zainab Abbas made him lose the cool. She tweeted “Loved the way boys congratulating Mickey Arthur celebrating his “son” s ” century.” She made this statement after the dressing room went ecstatic on his feet.
Well played @babarazam258 – loved how the boys went congratulating Mickey Arthur celebrating his “son’s” century #PakvNZ

Replying to the same, an angry Azam replied, “Think before you say something and don”t try to cross your limits.” Azam seemed to be extremely upset over her irrelevant comments and his reply depicts the same. A lot of followers also took a dig on Zainab”s tweet as she couldn”t maintain her ethics on her social media handle.

Babar Azam has been an indispensable asset for the side in all formats of the game. His record at UAE has been brilliant and he is keeping up to the expectations of the fans. He even became the fastest player to 1000 T20I runs and now the top-ranked batsman.
Pakistan has been dominating New Zealand as Yasir Shah registered career-best figures of 8/41. Kiwis were decimated for a paltry 90 in the first innings enabling them the following on. Pakistan will be looking forward to finishing the formalities on day 4 to level the series 1-1.
