Ravindra Jadeja as the best all-rounder on show in the first half of IPL 2021. he won a match on his own singlehandedly for his side against Royal Challengers Bangalore. In the others, he had a defining role to play in his team’s success. Overall, while the season was on, Jadeja scored 131 runs from seven games and picked up six wickets, His best came against RCB where he scored an unbeaten 62, picked three wickets and affected a runout to win the game for his team.
Meanwhile, while analysing the best mi-season performance of IPL 2021, Harsha Bhogle lavishly praised the CSK all-rounder and chose him as his stand-out all-rounder in the tournament so far.

“The all-round performance of the season; there can only be one, and that is Sir Jadeja himself. He hits 37 off the last over, he then picks 3/13 including the wickets of Maxwell and AB, has a direct hit. One person doing that (is) inconceivable. If there is a better performance than this in this season, I want to be there, bang in the middle watching it happen,” he said on Cricbuzz.

Meanwhile, the Indian all-rounder took note of Bhogle’s words and responded to him on Twitter as well. “Thanks a lot @bhogleharsha but I will be more happy if you call me Ravindra Jadeja” replied the CSK all-rounder.

Harsha Bhogle has been always fascinated by Ravindra Jadeja’s athleticism on the field and never falls short of words to praise him.

They started their season with a defeat against Delhi Capitals and then won five on the bounce before losing their match against Mumbai Indians which was their last before the season was suspended.
