The trio of Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, and captain Faf du Plessis from Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)’s KGF franchise marked Anushka Sharma‘s 36th birthday with a lavish dinner outing on May 1.
These celebrations precede their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match against the Gujarat Titans (GT) at their home ground on May 4. Faf posted a photo featuring Anushka, Maxwell, and Kohli on his Instagram story with the caption:
“Great night spend with good people”
Meanwhile, Kohli expressed gratitude to chef Manu Chandra for his hospitality in his Instagram story.
“Thank you Manu Chandra for an unbelievable dining experience the other night. Hands down one of the best food experiences of our lives.”
Chandra also posted a picture with the group known as KFG and the birthday celebrant.

Virat Kohli recently took to Instagram to share a heartfelt birthday message for Anushka Sharma. The 35-year-old posted multiple photos of Anushka along with an emotional tribute.

For those unaware, Kohli and Anushka exchanged vows in December 2017 after dating for a few years. The couple shares two children – Vamika, born on January 11, 2021, and Akaay, born on February 15, 2024.
On the professional front, Kohli has been named in India’s squad for the 2024 T20 World Cup, set to be held in the US and the West Indies in June. The right-handed batsman aims to continue his exceptional form in the ICC event.
He currently ranks as the second-highest run-scorer in IPL 2024, accumulating 500 runs in 10 innings at a strike rate of 147.49, including one century and four half-centuries.
