Indian team captain Rohit Sharma claimed that dressing room conversations were reportedly leaked after India’s loss by 184 runs in the Boxing Day Test match against Australia at Melbourne Cricket Ground. The win also spoiled India chance to be the first team that will clinch three Border Gavaskar Trophy successes on Australian soil.

Rohit has been a worry with the bat in the series, scoring only 31 runs. He has rejected any reports suggesting that he would like to retire from the team, asserting that he wants to remain part of that team fully.

It has raised some questions about why Rohit has decided to take a break, but he still has abundant intentions of India to achieve the goal of clinching the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The series between India and Australia has been well contested, and all fans around the world are interested.

Going into the future battles, Rohit and his form and captaincy are going to be under the scrutiny. However, the troubles do not waver the determination of the side known as Team India to win in the series.

“You can only control what’s in your hands”- Rohit Sharma

In response to their 184-run loss to Australia in the Boxing Day Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Team India captain Rohit Sharma has spoken out against rumors of leaked dressing room chats.

“The boys have a lot of fire. You can only control what’s in your hands and not what is being reported.”

According to Rohit Sharma, who shared his perspective on the verbal battle situation, they don’t start arguments verbally but know how to respond when someone prods them.

“Our boys, as long as you are quiet they are quiet. If you poke us they will bounce back. Our boys are classy – we focus on our work. We knew if we get wickets, we would put them under pressure,” he added.
