- Wasim Jaffer
Wasim Jaffer known is one of the unsung heroes of Indian domestic cricket. He scored 286 for Vidarbha in the recently concluded Irani Trophy 2018 against Rest of India. Before playing for Vidarbha, one of the great players in Indian domestic circuit, Jaffer represented for Mumbai since making his first-class debut since 1996-97.
He has also represented for India in 31 test matches scoring 1944 runs with the best score an average of 34.10. Jaffer could not convert his domestic form in the IPL. He scored just 130 runs in 2 seasons with the best score of 50 at an average of 16.25. Since then, he has contributed to Indian domestic cricket.
