Earlier this month, Krafton announced the return of their massive International PUBG Mobile Esports Circuit tournament, PUBG Mobile World Invitational, an invitational tournament that is the successor to PUBG Mobile Global Championship, the last International PUBG Mobile tournament, which was held in Dubai.
The PMWI (PUBG Mobile World Invitational ) tournament featured the top-tier PUBG Mobile teams from different parts of the world, powered by Gamers without Borders and OnePlus as its official smartphone partner, Nimo TV as the media partner. The tournament roadmap is featured two zones, East and West. 16 teams from each zone. A total of 32 teams participated in this tournament.

The PMWI will take place from July 22st to July 25 and featured a charity prize pool of $3 million US Dollars. This is the highest prize pool for a PUBG Mobile tournament to date. This is four-day-long event had 6 matches each day and a total of 24 matches like the PUBG Mobile World League.
After 4 days of intense action, Thailand-based esports organisation, Valdus the murder won the PUBG Mobile World Invitational by topping the leaderboard. They walked away from the tournament with the PMWI champions title and a massive charity prize of $250,000 US Dollars. This fund will be donated to the charity of their wish by the esports organization.
Valdus Martin topped the top fragger chart by securing 399 kills with 2 average kills a match and an average survival time of 21 minutes.
