Indian cricketer Venkatesh Iyer has recently announced his engagement to Shruti Raghunathan, sharing delightful photos with his partner to celebrate the joyful news.
In the photos posted on Instagram, the couple gazed into each other’s eyes. Venkatesh wore a light green kurta, while Shruti chose a printed saree for the special occasion.

Little is known about Shruti, as her Instagram account is private. Reports suggest that she has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from PSG College of Arts and Science and a Master’s degree in Fashion Management from NIFT, India.
Currently, she works as a Merchandise Planner at Lifestyle International Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Venkatesh Iyer is associated with the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He has accumulated 956 runs in 36 matches, showcasing impressive performances, including a century and seven fifties.
In the 2023 season, he scored 404 runs in 14 games at a strike rate of 145.85, making a strong case for retention in the upcoming IPL 2024 auction. In the international arena, Venkatesh Iyer has participated in two ODIs and nine T20Is.
Despite being given limited opportunities, the 28-year-old couldn’t make a significant impact when filling in for the injured all-rounder Hardik Pandya. His last appearance for India was against Sri Lanka in February 2022.
The cricketer from Madhya Pradesh was recently active in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, contributing 122 runs in five matches with an impressive average of 61.
In his last three innings, he recorded scores of 43*, 29*, and 35*. Venkatesh Iyer is set to participate in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy and Ranji Trophy.
