MS Dhoni is one of the popular players across the world and an example of that was seen during the 33rd match between Chennai Super Kings versus Kolkata Knight Riders match played at Eden Garden’s, yesterday. Chennai Super Kings fan fooled the security person who was wearing number 7 jersey, reaching the CSK dugout and touched MS Dhoni feet.
The incident took place in the 12th over when CSK were 97 for 2 when CSK fan went crazy and touched MS Dhoni feet. MS Dhoni was surprised with the way the fan came. Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets.
Chennai Super Kings scored 177 for 5. MS Dhoni scored a quick fire 43 off 25 balls, while Shane Watson, Suresh Raina contributed some runs. Shane Watson and Faf du Plessis had a good start adding 48 runs. While chasing, the young Shubman Gill scored his first IPL century remaining not out on 57 and quick-fire knock by captain Dinesh Karthik scoring 45 off 18 balls helped KKR crush Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets with 14 balls to spare.
With this loss, Chennai Super Kings have slipped to 2nd place with 12 points. Dhoni lifted the young fan gently and taken by security personnel. In the 2018 edition, on 20th April between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals played MCA Stadium, Pune MS Dhoni was coming to bat and the fan came, touched his feet.
