Team India skipper Rohit Sharma is one of the most loved cricketers all over the globe. He always delightfully treats his fans. Ahead of India’s T20 World Cup 2022 opening match, the skipper made the day of an 11-year-old cricketer, Drushil Chauhan in Australia. Rohit Sharma invited Drushil to the Indian dressing room and asked him to bowl to him in the nets.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India, shared a video on social media, featuring Rohit Sharma and the young prodigy. In the video, Drushil shared his experience of meeting the Indian skipper. He also expressed that his favorite ball to bowl was an inswinging yorker and an outswinger.
Rohit Sharma asked Drushil if he would like to play for the national team, to which the 11-year-old replied, that he does not when he will get to travel to India. The Indian skipper also gave Drushil his autograph. Sharing the video on Twitter, the BCCI wrote,

I Already Have My XI For Pakistan Match: Rohit Sharma
Team India will take on Pakistan in their opening match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 on Sunday, October 23 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. During an all-skipper press conference, Rohit Sharma expressed that he has his playing XI ready for the Pakistan match.
“I don’t believe in last-minute decisions. We want to keep our boys informed about team selection before so that they can prepare early. I already have my XI for the Pakistan match. Already those players are informed. I don’t believe in a last-minute thing. I want them to prepare well.” said Rohit Sharma.
