The former Indian cricket team captain, MS Dhoni, is currently having his holiday break in Thailand. Ziva, the daughter of MS Dhoni, shared some of the look of the Phuket trip on her official social media account, where she regularly updates and thus one can find and get some idea about the quality time the Dhoni family spends together.
In one video, Dhoni will just be enjoying the sun and sand and water, while Ziva is on the beach staring at her father. He looks cool as a cucumber, in a black vest and dark shades—it’s Mr. Darcy at his best. Ziva has also posted gorgeous sunset selfies to give their fans a glimpse of their.Long. and relaxed vacation in a tropical island.
Dhoni’s break will be coming to an end as he gears up for CSK in the IPL 2025. Dhoni was bought for INR 4 crore under the list of uncapped players and has said that he wants to play for a couple more years.
MS Dhoni was retained for Rs 4 crore before the IPL mega auction:
The last appearance of MS Dhoni was on 19 May 2024 in CSK against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, but Dhoni will probably come back IPL in 2025. Chennai Super Kings retained him for Rs 4 crore before the super auction, knowing fully well when the players would be allowed to be retained in the IPL 2025. Back then, Dhoni was termed an uncapped Indian player because he had not played any international cricket in the last five years.
Recently, Dhoni has been a core member of the CSK team right since the beginning of the IPL. He will head the team alongside other retained players: Ruturaj Gaikwad (Rs 18 crore), Ravindra Jadeja (Rs 18 crore), Matheesha Pathirana (Rs 13 crore), and Shivam Dube (Rs 12 crore).
The retention list of CSK shows that the franchise believes in experienced players. This will push the morale of the team up with Dhoni back in the team. Hopefully in 2025, CSK will return to its supremacy in IPL with the leadership and expertise of the captains. They are eagerly waiting for Dhoni to come back to the field, wishing him another great season as the player.
