Australia have struck twice in the morning of day 3 including the prized wicket of Cheteshwar Pujara to make a comeback in the ongoing pink-ball contest against India at the Adelaide Oval. India started at 9 for one with Mayank Agarwal and nightwatchman Jasprit Bumrah in the middle but Pat Cummins had his tail up to pick two wickets and put the Aussies right back in the game.
The Australian pacer struck in his second over of the day to remove the nightwatchman. In walked Cheteshwar Pujara at No.4 and all hopes were pinned on him. Incidentally, he was the highest run-scorer during India’s last visit to Down Under with 521 runs. But his stay in the middle was short-lived thanks to a brilliant delivery from Pat Cummins.

It looked like just a simple back of a length delivery on the off stump, but it moved away from the batsman an inch. Cheteshwar Pujara did everything right there. He got in the line of the ball and tried to defend under his eyes, but the ball moved away just enough to take the edge and it was a regular catch for skipper Tim Paine behind the stumps.
