Virat Kohli, the star batsman of Team India is taking a break from cricket to spend some quality family time in London. Recently, the cricketer was seen walking down the streets of London alongside his wife and Bollywood star Anushka Sharma.

Kohli was donning an oversized pink t-shirt paired with black trousers while Sharma wore a white top along with black pants topped off by matching shoes in different hues. The couple also had shopping bags in hand as they strolled around.

Kohli was seen last in action in the previous month for India during a three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka. His performance in batting did not meet expectations as he managed to accumulate only 58 runs in three innings. After India lost by two wickets, he re-embarked on the journey back to London.

The victorious batsman declared his T20I retirement after India won the T20 World Cup held in 2024. At any time, Kohli was finding it difficult to make runs throughout the tournament. Nonetheless, he turned out to be instrumental when it mattered most making an inning of 76 from 59 balls in their crucial final against South Africa.

Recently an actor from Rings of Power Charlie Vickers talked about his meeting with Virat Kohli. He also noted that he met the Blue Men batter at a hotel in Auckland. While answering a query if he greeted Kohli, Vickers stated that it was difficult for him to get close to him due to nervousness. The actor said this during an interview on News18 Showsha:

“I once walked by Virat Kohli in a hotel in Auckland, and that was really surreal. So I’ll say him because of that encounter. (When asked if he greeted Kohli) No, I was too nervous.”

India tour of Bangladesh consisting two Tests is commencing on 19th September in Chennai where Indian team is playing its next test season and Kohli’s commands will determine how this season goes on for them. Next, they will have a three Test series with New Zealand in India before certain departure to Australia for the famous Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
