All eyes are set on the India Premier League which is all set to commence from September 19 in the UAE. All the 8 IPL franchises have already landed in the host country and are currently undergoing their mandatory quarantine period in their respective cities. With players stuck in hotels presently they are in lockdown and can’t go ahead with their outdoor training.
As a result, players are training hard in the available spaces in their rooms ahead of the league. Leading the way is none other than the Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli.

The 31-year-old is taking no time off and getting ready for the much anticipated season by working out in his restricted amount of quarantine space.

The official Twitter account of RCB posted a brand-new video of Kohli and gave a sneak peek of his exercises. Virat Kohli is noticed doing push-ups, Squat jumps, dumbbells rows and other drills using the dumbbells in the balcony of his hotel in Dubai.
The fitness enthusiast that is Kohli can be seen working out with the same intensity with which he does in his gym. A few days back the RCB captain landed in Dubai by separate charter flight as he didn’t want to take any chances with his safety from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, Kohli is the only cricketer that has been part of the same franchise in all the years of IPL. He was selected as a rookie in the 2008 IPL auction and has stayed with the franchise ever since.
Virat Kohli will be once again leading the popular RCB franchise will still haven’t won that elusive IPL trophy. The 13th edition of the league will take place from September 19 to November 10 across 3 venues in the UAE.
