Team India cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal is one of the funniest cricketers on the planet right now. He once again showed his humorous side ahead of the third and final ODI against New Zealand at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch on Wednesday, November 30.
During a pre-match segment, Chahal was spotted hiding behind former cricketer Ashish Nehra while the latter was discussing India’s playing XI for the final game of the series. Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif was also present during the discussion, who has also had fun with Yuzvendra Chahal.
In the video, Nehra cheekily called the spinner an all-rounder, asking him if he was going to open the batting for the Men in Blue.

Yuzvendra Chahal has left fans in splits several times with his antics. From having fun with on-field umpires to recreating his viral World Cup 2019 meme, the Haryana-born cricketer leaves no opportunity to entertain fans.
India struggle after being asked to bat first
New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson won the toss and elected to field first with heavy winds blowing over the ground. Indian openers Shikhar Dhawan and Shubman Gill provided their side with a decent start, stitching together a partnership of 39 runs.
However, the Blackcap bowlers made a superb turnaround thanks to Adam Milne, who dismissed both openers. Shreyas Iyer scored some crucial runs for his side but was dismissed one short of his half-century. Rishabh Pant, Suryakumar Yadav, and Deepak Hooda failed to make any significant contributions with the bat as India were reeling at 149/6.
Washington Sundar played a valuable knock to take India to a respectable total. At the time of writing, the Men in Blue were at 180/7 with Sundar batting at 28.
