South African player Wayne Parnell has announced his singing with Worcestershire County club for a period of three years. This marks an end to his tenure with the Proteas for whom he represented 6 tests, 65 ODI”s and 40 T20I”s.
The all-rounder took his Instagram account to share this news across the fans. His bag of 150 wickets helped safaris to win several series across the globe. However, his loss might prove worthy of them as the team hasn”t attained a proper shape after the retirement of AB de Villiers.
Parnell now joins Rossouw, David Wiese and Kyle Abbott who are already on Kolpak deal. Worcestershire is his fourth club in county cricket as he already represented Kent, Glamorgan and Sussex. He played a vital role for their maiden T20 triumph in the Vitality blast.

Who next?
The South African side has a lot to ponder over their middle order combination. With his unavailability, Chris Morris has to provide his enormous support as a reliable all-rounder and it will be interesting if the board will include some youngsters from the domestic arena or introduce some flexible policies to stem the players” movement to Kolpak deal.
