T Natarajan was the find of the series for India in the limited-overs leg against Australia. He played the final ODI and then all the three T20Is and ended with a total of 8 wickets. Indian skipper Virat Kohli has hailed him as a special asset for his team with the World T20I round the corner. Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya came up with a special gesture after the end of the third T20I on Tuesday. 

He handed over his Man of the Series award to the left-arm pacer who was a revelation for India in the series. Pandya also spoke highly of T Natarajan who was drafted into the team as a replacement for Varun Chakravarty. He made the most of this opportunity by showcasing his brilliant bowling skills. He also bowled with an economy of 6.92 in the T20Is.

Pandya tweeted, “Natarajan, you were outstanding this series. To perform brilliantly in difficult conditions on your India debut speaks volumes of your talent and hardwork,” Hardik wrote in a tweet after the third T20I, which Australia won by 12 runs. “You deserve Man of the Series from my side bhai!”

“Thank you brother,” Natarajan wrote in response to Hardik’s tweet.

T Natarajan Shares His Memories With Team India

The fast bowler from Chennai Natarajan himself shared a tweet on his first outing with Team India. T Natarajan was more than happy to share his experience of playing for the country for the very first time. 

“The last few months have been surreal. My maiden outing with #TeamIndia and we won the T20I series. A dream come true moment made special by the champion bunch. I thank my teammates for their constant support and encouragement. Thank you everyone for your love & support” wrote the left-arm pacer.
