Varun Chakravarthy’s second feat was that he registered the best ever figures bowled by an Indian player for Kolkata Knight Riders. Lakshmipaty Balaji had the best figures (4/18) by an Indian KKR player.
Players like Umesh Yadav, Piyush Chawla, Kuldeep Yadav, Vinay Kumar and Ajit Agarkar has played for the side in the past. Kuldeep incidentally is still a part of the side. He joined the franchise in 2014.
