The couple kept it a secret for a few months before the media started speculating about the relationship. They were often spotted together in the public for lunch and shopping. Finally, in an interview, Virat Kohli confirmed his relationship with Anushka Sharma.
Speaking at a public function, where Kohli was present to launch his fashion line ‘Wrogn’, he expressed that the relationship is out in the public and the couple is not trying to hide anything. He also added that people should respect their privacy.
“Jo bhi hai, aapke samne hai (Whatever is there, is out in the public). We aren’t hiding anything and there is nothing to hide either. We will personally not like to speak anything about it as it is something very personal to us.

One of those was about the quickest date that he has ever had. The right-handed batter revealed that he once went on a blind date that lasted for just five minutes.
“I actually went on a blind date which ended in about five minutes. I saw the girl and I ran away,” said Virat Kohli.

“Nahi, pehli girlfriend sabse slow bani thi. Uske baad kaafi fast, uske baad matlab…,” the host and the audience burst into laughter hearing Kohli’s answer.
