4. Fastrack Ad
Fastrack is one of the top watch manufacturing companies in the world. It is mainly known for its Fashion accessories like Watches, Sunglasses, Bags, Belts, Wallets & Perfumes. Also, Fastrack is an Indian company.
In 2011 Fastrack released a series of commercials involving Genelia D’Souza (now Deshmukh) and Virat Kohli. The ads were regarding the promotion of the company’s Fastrack bags.
Meanwhile, the commercial was mainly romantic and quite normal to be fair to both. However one of the ads in the series faced a lot of criticism from fans. In that commercial Kohli played the role of Pilot and Genelia was air-hostess, the plot was air-hostess starts seducing the pilot and they start making love in mid-air.
The video ended with the caption ” Why the world moved on to auto-pilot.
5. Pepsi Ad
Pepsi is arguably the most famous soft drink brand in the world. The brand Pepsi has been continuously dominating the soft drinks market over the years. Although now it has many competitions in the market, it always brings something new to stay on top.
The commercial was once again very funny & at the time of its release, it became very popular. The ad was filled with the star power of Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and Virat Kohli. Adding to it the tagline of the ad was ‘ Live it Abhi ‘.
Meanwhile, Virat Kohli ended his multi-crore deal with the brand back in 2017.
“I want to give something to people that I use, myself. One of the reasons, I decided not to sign Pepsi is that I have undergone a lifestyle change. And, I am not using that product anymore,” Kohli said.
