Virat Kohli has silenced his critics by scoring a match-winning ton against Australia at a crucial stage and drawing the match in favour of his side.

Virat Kohli scored a terrific knock of 186 runs off 364 balls, which comprises 15 boundaries, and scored at a 51.10 Strike Rate. In the post-match interview, he shares that it was a bit disappointing and irritating for him to not capitalize on his good start and convert it into big.

But luckily, with his sheer skills and dedication he ended his 3 years career drought of scoring a century. The last time he scored a century was against Bangladesh side in 2019 at Eden Gardens.

In a discussion with head coach Rahul Dravid, Kohli admits that he was having the hunger to score big for his team, and put up greater contributions for the side. He felt the spark to stay at the crease for a long time and convert those good starts into bigger knocks.

He further adds that he wants to push his limits, and not just settle for 40-60 odd runs and try to stay in the crease as long as it can benefit the team to defend and put up a good score against any opposition.

But at the most, he is happy to come forward and perform at the time when things were getting crumbled and turning the tides in favour of his side, as this inning is one of his favourite and most memorable.

Fortunately for the Indian cricket fans, Virat Kohli has come up with a good form at the right time and at the right series. Team India is all set to play against the Mighty Australian side on a neutral venue at Lords for the final match of the World test championship.

On the likes of Virat Kohli, Shubhman Gill, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Ravindra Jadeja. Team India is expected to have an upper edge against Australia. The final test match of the World Championship is to be played between 7th June- 11th June 2023.
