Virat Kohli Offers His Signed Indian Kit To Usman Khawaja And Alex Carey

Virat Kohli showed a kind gesture by offering his signed kit to Usman Khawaja, and Alex Carey after the completion of the decisive test match between India and Australia.

Virat Kohli displayed an epic performance through batting and scored 186 runs out of 364 balls changing the drift of the match single-handily for his side. The innings were not only special for him but also for the Indian cricket fans.

Earlier Virat has been facing criticism from the selectors, and the fans for his long-duration shortage of runs but he proved them wrong all with his classy innings at the 4th test match against Australia.

After completion of the test match, Virat Kohli was seen handing over his signed kit to the Australian players: Usman Khawaja and Alex Carey as a Souvenir. The Australian side also gifted a signed kit to Indian Veteran batsman Cheteshwar Pujara on account of his 100th test match played in Delhi.

The gesture was greatly appreciated, and similar to the last Border- Gavaskar trophy in 2020-2021 to Nathan Lyon when the team was headed by Ajinkya Rahane.

The final test resulted in a draw and India won the Border-Gavaskar trophy yet again with their strong cricket performance. The Indian team outclassed the Australian side in all the departments.

The Australian side was motivated by their previous test win at Indore and posted a huge run score in the first innings which pretty much set the things perfect for them. However, the runs seem to be felled by short when the Indian side came to bat and scored 571 runs in response to Australia’s 480 runs.

The final match was a nail-biting match between both sides, as it was not a one-sided match for either of the team. Both teams displayed their top-notch performances to win and seal the test series.
