On Tuesday, June 6, Prasidh Krishna, a pitcher for the Rajasthan Royals (RR), proposed to Rachana Krishna.
As Prasidh raised Rachana during the engagement ceremony, the IPL franchise posted lovely pictures of the couple on social media. For the customary ceremony, the couple chose ethnic attire.

Rachana Krishna, who has a private Instagram account, is not well-known.
On the professional front, Prasidh Krishna missed the entire IPL 2023 because of a lumbar stress fracture.
As a result of his stellar ball handling during the IPL 2022 season, the Royals retained him for Rs 10 crore prior to the mini-auction.
As RR advanced to the final in that edition, he took 19 wickets in 17 games for an 8 point 29 economy rate.
In the Royals lineup for the 2023 campaign, Sandeep Sharma took his place. Krishna hasn’t participated in a competitive game of cricket since India’s ODI tour of Zimbabwe in August 2022, for those who are unaware.
After the 50-over series, he got hurt.
Krishna was advised to have surgery after his injury in January did not heal despite a brief stay at the National Cricket Academy (NCA).
In February of last year, he underwent surgery. In preparation for the 2023 ODI World Cup, the 27-year-old is currently making progress toward recovery.
Because of his height, pace, and hard lengths, the right-arm pacer during his brief time with Team India contributed in the middle overs.
In 14 ODIs, he claimed 25 wickets, two of them against England and two against the West Indies.
Fifth place in the IPL 2023 points standings went to Prasidh Krishna’s RR. The narrowest of margins (two points) prevented Rajasthan Royals (RR) from making the IPL 2023 playoffs.
With 14 points after seven games, the Jaipur-based team came in fifth.
Sandeep Sharma, aside from their match against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), did not perform to his full potential while Prasidh Krishna was absent.
In 12 games after his return, he had 10 wickets at an 8 point 60 economy rate.
