Addressing the dating rumors, RJ Mahvash previously dismissed them as baseless, emphasizing that being seen with someone of the opposite gender doesn’t imply a romantic involvement. She expressed frustration over such unfounded speculations and urged for respect regarding personal matters.
Her note read, “Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It’s literally funny to see how baseless these rumours are. If you get seen with a person of the opposite gender, does that mean you are dating them? I’m sorry, what year is this? And how many people are you all dating then?”
“I have been patient for 2-3 days now, but I won’t let any PR teams drag my name into this to cover up other people’s images. Let people live in peace with their friends and family during tough times,” RJ Mahvash added.
Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma’s Divorce
Chahal and Dhanashree Verma, who married in December 2020, filed for divorce by mutual consent in February 2025. While there were rumors about a substantial alimony demand, Dhanashree’s family refuted these claims, labeling them as baseless and urging media outlets to avoid spreading unverified information.
Chahal’s lawyer, Nitin K Gupta, confirmed that the divorce had been filed. Nitin said, “Mr. Chahal reached a settlement for obtaining Divorce by Mutual Consent with Mrs. Verma. A Petition for Divorce by mutual consent was presented before the Hon’ble Family Court, Bandra. The matter is currently sub-judice.”
There were also rumours that Dhanashree was seeking ₹60 crore in alimony. However, Dhanashree’s family issued a statement to the press, dismissing the claims.
