Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha visited the Punjab Kings (PBKS) squad ahead of their IPL 2025 playoff clash. The team is set to face Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in Qualifier 1 on Thursday, May 29, in Mullanpur.
Chadha took to his official X (formerly Twitter) account to express gratitude to PBKS co-owner Preity Zinta, captain Shreyas Iyer, and head coach Ricky Ponting. He also applauded the team for their impressive performance this season.
The AAP leader shared photos from the visit, featuring moments with Preity Zinta, Shreyas Iyer, pacer Arshdeep Singh, and Ricky Ponting, and extended his best wishes to the squad for their upcoming match against RCB.

Punjab Kings Secure Top Spot After IPL 2025 League Stage
Punjab Kings (PBKS) have enjoyed an outstanding IPL 2025 season, emerging as one of the most consistent and impressive teams. Under the fresh leadership of captain Shreyas Iyer and head coach Ricky Ponting, the team has delivered strong performances from the outset.
Not only did PBKS secure a place in the playoffs, but they also topped the points table at the conclusion of the league stage, with nine wins from 14 matches and just four losses, earning a total of 19 points. This is Punjab Kings’ first playoff appearance since 2014, when they lost the final to KKR.
