In the 10th match of The Hundred Men’s 2025, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) all-rounder Liam Livingstone dominated Birmingham Phoenix (BRM) spinner Rashid Khan, scoring 26 runs from just five balls. The match took place on Tuesday, August 12, at Edgbaston, Birmingham.
During Rashid Khan’s final five-ball spell, Livingstone began with a boundary on the 76th ball of the Phoenix innings. He then hit three successive sixes off the Afghanistan bowler and capped the assault with another boundary on the fifth delivery. Rashid finished his spell conceding 59 runs in 20 balls.

Chasing 181, Birmingham Phoenix stumbled early as Ben Duckett was dismissed cheaply for seven. Will Smeed and Joe Clarke then combined for a rapid 63-run partnership in just 32 balls for the second wicket. Smeed anchored the chase with a solid 51 off 29 balls, while Clarke added a quick 27 from 14 deliveries.
Captain Liam Livingstone came in at No. 4 and completely shifted the momentum, reaching his half-century in only 22 balls. The 32-year-old finished unbeaten on a fiery 69 off 27 balls, including seven fours and five sixes, guiding Phoenix to a four-wicket win with two balls remaining. This marked their first victory in The Hundred 2025.

In the Hundred 2025 clash, Oval Invincibles faced early trouble after being sent in to bat, losing openers Will Jacks (0) and Tawanda Muyeye (5) cheaply. Jordan Cox provided some stability with 44 off 30 balls, while Sam Curran (14) and captain Sam Billings (17) couldn’t build on their starts.
Coming in at No. 6, Donovan Ferreira stole the spotlight with a blistering 63 off just 29 balls, including four boundaries and six sixes. His explosive innings helped the Invincibles post a total of 180/8 from their 100-ball innings.
