Teen sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi shared some candid moments with his Indian teammates on Snapchat ahead of the second T20I in England, scheduled for July 4 in Manchester. In the video, opener Abhishek Sharma, all-rounder Axar Patel, and Suryavanshi were seen relaxing and enjoying some light-hearted moments before the upcoming match.

Abhishek greeted the viewers, while Axar, laughing in the background, jokingly asked him to let everyone know that he had gone through all their questions.

“Paaji ke phone se hum aaye hai. Sara questions padh liye maine. Sab answers aa gaye? (I have some from brother’s phone today. I have read all the questions. Did you get all the answers?),” Abhishek asked Axar.

“Bhai tu de de yaar answer. Unko bol ki tune sab kuch padh liya hai. Unko bol (Brother you give the answers. Tell them that you have read everything. Tell them),” Axar responded.

Abhishek Sharma then encouraged viewers to send questions for Vaibhav Suryavanshi as well. Responding to this, the teenager requested fans to ask detailed questions, adding that they would answer them properly with clear explanations.

“Lamba likhna acche se explain karenge,” he said.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi looked relaxed and comfortable in the video, making playful gestures and sharing candid moments despite being in the company of his senior teammates.

The five-match series remains level at 0-0 after the opening game at Chester-le-Street was abandoned. India batted first and posted 189/7, but England were unable to begin their chase due to persistent rain, which eventually led to the match being called off.

Is Vaibhav Suryavanshi Set for His Debut in the Second T20I?

There has been considerable buzz surrounding Vaibhav Suryavanshi and his much-awaited international debut. The 15-year-old was included in India’s T20I squads for the tours of Ireland and England, but did not get a chance during the two-match series against Ireland, which India lost 0-2.

The wait has continued, as the youngster was also left out of the playing XI for the first T20I against England. Several former cricketers, both from India and overseas, have backed Suryavanshi to receive an opportunity at the international level soon.

The Men in Blue have so far persisted with the opening pair that performed well during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. However, with Sanju Samson struggling in his last three outings, registering scores of 5, 0, and 1, the team management could consider bringing in Suryavanshi.

Still, it remains uncertain whether the teenage sensation will finally make his debut in the second T20I or if his wait will continue.
