Rohit Sharma is playing in his 194th IPL game as Mumbai Indians are currently playing against Rajasthan Royals in Abu Dhabi in match 20 of IPL 2020. In the process, he has just pipped Suresh Raina (193) and is only behind MS Dhoni (195) in the list of most capped players in IPL. Rohit is a part of the IPL since 2008. After his first three years with Deccan Chargers, Rohit was roped in by Mumbai Indians in 2011. Earlier in the tournament, Rohit crossed 5000 IPL runs. He now stands at 5074 runs after his knock against the Royals.

Rohit Sharma Falls For 35 vs Rajasthan

Meanwhile, in the game against Rajasthan Royals, Rohit Sharma scored 35 off 23 balls and in the process added 49 runs for the first wicket with Quinton De Kock (23). It was yet another good batting performance from Mumbai as they posted 193 batting first in Abu Dhabi. Suryakumar Yadav (79*) scored his highest IPL score and with Hardik Pandya (30 off 19) scored 50 in the final three overs of their innings to power Mumbai beyond 190.

Mumbai Indians looks the most compact team in the tournament after the initial two weeks in the tournament. For the most part of it, they have remained at the top of the points table. Different players have put their hand up at different phases in the tournament to get the job done for the team.

Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals have beaten Mumbai Indians in the last four matches The Royals have won all their last game chasing. However, they did not get a good start in the chase losing three wickets in the powerplay.

After losing the first game against CSK, Mumbai were rather unfortunate to lose to RCB in the Super Over. Since then, the Rohit Sharma led-team has been on a winning run having won against Kings XI Punjab and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the last two games. With the Royals already three down inside the powerplay chasing 194, Mumbai looks good to bag another win today.
