After Surya Kumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya caused all the carnage at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Mumbai Indians had the dream start while bowling in the second innings as first Trent Boult dismissed Yashasvi  Jaiswal which was followed by the big wicket of the captain of the Rajasthan Royals side Steve Smith.

This happened in the second over of the match as Mumbai Indians decided to bowl Jasprit Bumrah in the powerplay. It was a surprise for many of us since in the previous games we saw Trent Boult and James Pattinson open the bowling. But in today’s game, Rohit Sharma handed the ball to Jasprit Bumrah and he’s done the job for his side.

Jasprit Bumrah sends Steven Smith packing

Steve Smith attempted to slog a rather fullish delivery by Jasprit Bumrah which was pitched outside the line of off stump and Smith ends getting an inside edge on to it. Quinton de Kock, who is a terrific wicket-keeper behind the stumps does the rest with his gloves as he takes a fine take what looked like would fall just short of him.

The South African wicket-keeper batsman dived on his left to grab a catch from nowhere.

Rajasthan Royals look in deep deep trouble as they’ve again lost three wickets in the Powerplay which had put their side in a terrible situation. Steve Smith, Yashavi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson are back to the pavilion after literally scoring nothing.

Now the responsibility will be on Mahipal Lomror, who scored a fifty in the previous game to guide Rajasthan Royals in the chase. Obviously, he is currently accompanied by Englishmen Jos Buttler which is why the chase will exciting to watch.

Even if Rajasthan Royals lose these two wickets now, they still have enough firepower in the form of Rahul Tewatia, Jofra Archer and Tom Curran but obviously, their services will be useful only if Jos Buttler and Mahipal Lomror take the match deep.
