Indian skipper Virat Kohli has been constantly trolled on Twitter ever since he came up with the Diwali video. In the video, he wished Diwali greetings to all his fans from Australia. the Indian skipper in Australia currently to play in a full-fledged series.
Meanwhile, he has been heavily trolled ever since posting that video on his official Twitter handle. While it was only random people trolling him till now, a Congress spokesperson named Udit Raj has joined the bandwagon.
“Please remember do not burst crackers, protect the environment and have fun at home with your loved ones, a simple diya and sweets on this auspicious occasion,” Kohli said in the video.

Meanwhile, the Congress spokesperson Udit Raj termed Virat Kohli as ‘Anushka Sharma’s dog’ which has created a controversy now. Likening him to the loyalty of a dog, Udit actually tried to speak in favor of Kohli but couldn’t find the words to do it.

In multiple tweets, the Congress spokesperson has tried his best to defend Indian skipper Virat Kohli, but the way he has put it has sent a wrong message to the concerned person.
Meanwhile, unfazed by anything of this, Virat Kohli is in Australia and focusing on the series. This will be Kohli’s fourth tour to Australia. Kohli’s first test ton was against Australia in the 2011 tour. Virat Kohli scored 116 in Adelaide during the 2011/2012 tour even as India were whitewashed 0-4. He scored 692 runs in the 2014 tour, including four centuries, two of which came in the same match in Adelaide as well.
In 2019, Virat Kohli scored just 282 runs including a century at Perth and led India to a historic Test triumph, capturing the series 2-1. Kohli will play the limited-overs leg of the series and will return to India after the first Test, owing to the birth of his first child. He has already intimated BCCI about the same and they have granted him paternity leave as well.
