Indian cricketer and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) star Virat Kohli, along with his wife Anushka Sharma, was seen in Ahmedabad ahead of the IPL 2025 final. The title clash is set to take place on Tuesday, June 3, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Gujarat’s capital city. RCB secured their place in the final by convincingly defeating Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Qualifier 1 on Thursday.
They are now set to face the winner of Qualifier 2, which will be contested between Mumbai Indians (MI) and PBKS. Kohli has been instrumental in RCB’s impressive run this season, amassing 614 runs in 14 matches at an average of 55.82, which includes eight half-centuries. Popular Instagram account ‘viralbhayani’ posted several images capturing the couple’s arrival in Ahmedabad.

Veteran New Zealand cricketer Kane Williamson recently shared his thoughts on Virat Kohli‘s retirement from Test cricket, acknowledging that nothing lasts forever. He spoke about the intense demands of international cricket, highlighting how it requires a tremendous amount of energy and takes a significant toll on players.
“I guess when you are not just part of the cricketing fabric, but someone like Virat, he’s the whole couch isn’t he? You just assume that things last forever and they don’t. There comes a time and there is so much that goes into the game and especially the international game.”
“It takes its toll and it takes a huge amount of energy and the energy he’s brought to the game and how he’s grown the game in all formats over so many years,” Williamson told Talksport in an interview.
