Indian spinners Sai Kishore, Washington Sundar, Ravi Bishnoi, and Shahbaz Ahmed did job restricting Bangladesh to just 96 for 9. In reply, Tilak Varma and Ruturaj Gaikwad did the job putting on unbeaten 97 runs for the 2nd wicket-winning match comfortably.
On the other hand, Afghanistan stunned Pakistan with a superb all-round performance. The Afghan bowlers looked sharp and bowled them out for 115. Afghan captain Gulbdain Naib rose to the occasion with a match-winning knock to win the match by 5 wickets. This will be the first time that Afghanistan reached finals of Asian Games finals in men’s cricket.
